Fannie Mae is a great program, but people with 620 credit scores aren’t welcome.  Not everyone can have a 700+ FICO score.

We work with many clients that to bring up their scores.  Some we are really happy to get them to a 620 credit score.  For many clients, that is the best that they can do.  620 is their top, and with a 620 score they can’t get a loan at Fannie Mae.  They can get one at FHA, and we work with many clients to get their Ontario FHA loan.
